boot camp

just tried to install win7 on my macbook; here are the steps:

1. back up the computer

2. use boot camp assistant to partition the hard drive. in the first try, it complained that some files cannot be moved. the solution is: using the osx installation disc to boot the computer, hold the option key when starting up, select the disk utility, and repair the disk; then quit and restart the computer

3. now boot camp can properly partition the hard drive; after that, insert the windows disc and install it

4. after windows is installed, inserting the osx disc and install boot camp; after that, restarting the computer, everything should work!
